Shipments of RV rose by about ten percent through 1st quarter in 2012 from the year 2011. RVIA or Recreation Vehicle Industry Association says that the whole sale shipments for retailers in 1st quarter of 2012 had reached about 71,400 units, which is gain of about 9.7 percent over same period of. The whole sale shipments for retailers in the month of March had reached about 28,100 units – which is best March total since the year 2008. Iowa-based, Forest City Winnebago Industries Inc. recently announced promotion of Spencer Lewis as their new parts manager. A press release which was recently released by this company says that Lewis, age 52, will be supervising order management, sales, & business operations of sales parts department. Lewis has been working at Winnebago for the past 27 years. He is a veteran and has served as the supervisor for parts administration before this promotion.
