CMA, which is non-profit asset liquidation & bankruptcy company has announced this week that assets of former Inland Empire based RV or recreational vehicle maker called MVP RV, will get sold @ public auction at Thursday, on April 19th, this year. This auction –will be over seen by Los Angeles (LA) based company called Piatelli – will take place @ former offices of the MVP RV @ 5300 Via Ricardo in Riverside at California.

These assets which will be sold include the industrial buildings – having approximate value of about $20 million. It is situated on 2 land parcels (on the Via Ricardo & Fleetwood Drive) 1,600,000 sq. ft. in all. This auction will include the factory equipment, the inventory, the offices, & the intellectual property. Piatelli Company will be holding piece meal auction at April 26th, this year if the bulk offers aren’t accepted.

MVP RV had first seen life in the year 2008 as MVP RV Corporation of Acquisition when affiliation of some top end executives from Thor California had partnered for acquiring Thor California’s subsidiary based in Moreno Valley for about $18.6 million. The MVP RV maker of recreational vehicles include Summit, Wave, & Jazz traveling trailers & 5th wheels with lines of Tahoe & Vortex toy hauler, which were produced previously from Thor California.
