AC Commercial, Orlando, Fla.-based company of property management, recently had added management of RV resort contract to the portfolio in the Central Florida.

One press release says that this company will manage Floridian RV Resort at Saint Cloud. Resort of Floridian RV is RV of 650-space & 130 space mobile community of home park that got established in 1970s & has been attracting customer mix for winter birds & residents who are semi-permanent since then.

AC Commercial is growing the self-storage & retail commercial management of property arms at Florida & he has been wanting to expand the services of management to the RV resorts.

Rory Williams, who is principal & head of the business development at AC Commercial said that they have been really successful in managing the properties of self storage for more than 15 years. Expanding the services of property management for RV parks was natural progression. Both the types of commercial property need focused management of property along with attention for minimizing the expenses & giving good customer service @ affordable point of price.

In the year 2012 in February AC Commercial had added one more local self-storage contract of management property to the portfolio of 10 properties of self storage. AC Commercial will soon be signing 2 more home park mobile contracts of management by July in this year.
