Plateau RB is new floorplan in the fleet of Class B of Pleasure-Way’s & it very well combines the luxury and comfort in extremely drivable, compact package. Recently, I had a chance for touring 2012 Rockwood Premier 2516G – the biggest floor plan in series of 5 model. It comes with GVWR of about 3,292 lbs, base weight of about 2,473, dry hitch base weight of about 292 lbs, & axle base dry weight of about 2,181 lbs. For measurements, this 2516G comes with box size of about 12’, size of closed trailer of about 19’1”, closed height of about 61”, & length of open trailer of about 23’9”. By end of this year, Pratt Industries is hoping of getting fully operational at the new plant of manufacturing at south west Michigan’s Township of Niles, which will bring about 400 jobs to this area. South Bend, ABC 57, Ind., said that this company isn’t involved in RV industry, making large and industrial trailers for transport of the loads that are non-traditional like building the trusses & the blades of wind turbine. Jim Kidwell, who is Township Supervisor at Niles Charter said that there is some future & hope now; and hence they are hoping that everyone makes really good on the entire thing.
